- Online - brightroom posts all images to its website no later than 5 days after the event takes place. Each event has its own page for viewing.
- Mail Proofs - brightroom sends color sample proofs through the mail to participants.
- Phone - participants can call our customer service team for help with finding photos and placing orders.
- brightroom uses its "lost and found" gallery to reunite people with images what we could not match up. This ensures that people who want to find their photo now can.
- brightroom's "photo browser" enables clients and customers to see all the images taken at a given event. The shots are organized by content to enable easy access.
